Financial Responsibilities: Responsible for managing accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations and accounts Complete ownership in Month end closing, variance analysis and finalize the business seg P&L Prepares financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information including past trends in key performance indicators and all areas of revenue, cost sales and expense Assist senior business partners in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Updating headcount, headcount analysis, reporting and review the accuracy of data for BU’s Preparing business review packs. Preparation of billing report and monthly analysis. Assisting in ad hoc analysis and reporting. PERSONAL QUALITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Industry Experience 0-3 years of working experience preferably in a software-based business.
