What We Are Looking For (Mandatory Criteria): Education: Must be a Qualified CA-Inter (Chartered Accountant Intermediate) or a CA Graduate seeking an industry track. Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in corporate finance operations, accounting, or audit support frameworks. Shift Flexibility: Absolute readiness to work in rotational shifts, with a heavy operational focus on the US Shift layout. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are non-negotiable to handle international portfolios and stakeholders. Technical Skills: Strong foundation in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Hands-on exposure to ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is a major advantage.
